• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for unused time
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MailBrief and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you provide
• You grant us a license to process your emails to provide the Service

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may cause temporary disruptions
• We are not liable for service interruptions
• We may modify or discontinue features without notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
